Instructions

Winding the Gyro Ball

  1. Hold the Gyro Ball in one hand, ensuring the rotor inside the ball is still.
  2. Use your other hand to wind the ball by twisting it against its internal resistance. You’ll feel the tension build up inside the rotor.
  3. Once you’ve wound it up sufficiently, release it and start rotating your wrist in a smooth, circular motion to keep the rotor spinning.

Maintaining Momentum

  1. After starting the rotor, continue rotating your wrist in circles, aiming to keep the Gyro Ball spinning in one direction. This helps to maintain momentum and keeps the rotor spinning faster.
  2. As the rotor spins, you’ll feel resistance building up, which will help engage your wrist and forearm muscles.
  3. The faster and more controlled your wrist movements, the quicker the rotor will spin, intensifying the workout.
